The Fallbrook Woman's Club owns its beautiful Clubhouse and makes it available to rent for special events when not utilized for Woman's Club activities.

A $250.00 refundable deposit is required to reserve the Clubhouse.

Historical note: In January 1952, the Woman’s Club bought the Fallis estate which included the large house plus 11 lots. This building has been here on the same spot since it was built by Fallbrook’s first banker Almond Jack (A.J.) Clark in 1887.


  • The main hall is 41' X 23', plus a raised stage and complete kitchen facilities. There is a large pull-down projector screen above the stage. The building is air conditioned, heated and handicapped accessible.

  • Renters have their choice to use rectangular, round, card tables, or a combination. Chairs are provided. Renters designate their layout and our Caretaker will set up chairs and tables. Renters to provide their own table coverings and decorations.

  • The Clubhouse is limited to a maximum of 80 occupants.

  • Rental Rates Monday thru Thursday*:
    $35.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum
    Rental Rates Friday thru Sunday*:
    There is a 2 hour minimum at $150.00 and then an added $50.00 for each hour thereafter
    *Time should also be rented for decorating, set-up, and clean-up.
    • Our fully equipped kitchen is available for an additional flat fee of $150.00. The Kitchen fee includes use of all dishes, utensils, cookware, serving dishes/trays, beverage containers, coffee makers and the use of the two stoves, microwave, and refrigerator. Renters are asked to clean up the kitchen after use and dispose of their trash in our dumpster.
    • Only flameless candles are permitted.

    • No Inflatable Jump Houses or similar equipment is allowed.

    • Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

    • The Clubhouse is available to renters anytime between 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM.
